We offer a couple of different services for arriving flights. Please consult with your reservation specialist for your specific instructions. We ask all arriving customers to call as soon as they arrive at (813) 936-9100 so that we may help you locate your driver. Please DO NOT LEAVE if you cannot locate your driver. By not leaving you can avoid being charged a NO SHOW fee, which is 100% of the fare.
After docking it is normal to expect a 1 to 2 hour to disembark from your ship. Please call once you have your luggage at (813) 936-9100 and our reservation specialist will instruct you on where and when your driver will pick you up ( usually within 10 minutes of your call). To avoid a NO SHOW fee ( 100% of fare) please DO NOT LEAVE if you cannot locate your driver. If you have trouble finding your driver once you have called please recall us and we will help you find your driver.
All charters are billed in one hour increments with a 3 hour minimum for sedans and 5 hours for stretches and SUVs. Any overtime past your reserved time will be charged in 1 hour increments.
If you do need to cancel you will be issued HOUSE CREDIT, in which case you will be able to reschedule your transportation needs for up to one year.
Arriving flights are given a grace period of 1 hour at no additional charge. Your driver will monitor your flight via internet or phone and the grace period starts once your plane has landed, thereafter waiting time will be charged in 1 hour increments. Residential pickups are given a 15 minute grace period. Overtime will then be charged in 1 hour increments.
